Larry's Tire & Auto Repair

My LU student dropped her car off after hours on 7/8/26 for an oil change and check on no air conditioning. They did the oil change, and we deferred on the AC repair due to the price they quoted. I paid for services over the phone, and my daughter picked it up after hours on 7/9/26. When she picked it up, she found a new dent and scratches on the trunk lid. Shop has had no answers for what happened, and apparently they have no cameras on their lot. They've made no offer to make it right, and refused our request for insurance information. We later found out that when they did the oil change, they pushed back the splash shield under the engine instead of getting to the filter and plug the right way. That loosened the splash shield enough that the fasteners didn't hold and it came loose and started dragging under the car on the highway. Edit to reply to owner's response: Sure, you got back to me, but nobody's offered to make it right in any way. The dent was not there when she dropped it off, but was there when you pulled it in the shop the next morning. What happened between her dropping it off, and when you pulled it in? The damage happened while the vehicle was on your property. Y

Justin, Max and their team are fabulous! They worked with us and our warranty company to get our GMC Arcadia fixed quickly! We strongly suggest your family use them too!

First time customer. These guys really got me out of a jam. They were able to rescue my fairly new (and expensive) tire from a machine bolt that went right through the tire tread. I made an appointment for the next day, and they got me in and out in just over an hour. Very reasonably priced. Well done!

Larry’s Tire and Auto Repair did an outstanding job replacing the transmission on my Ford Explorer. This was a major repair, and they handled it with true professionalism and expertise from start to finish. The work was done efficiently, communication was clear, and the vehicle is running like new again. I really appreciate their honesty and quality service—definitely a shop I trust. Highly recommend!

I came in today to have a state inspection and to price tires since I was aware they would more than likely fail inspection. The team at Larry’s was phenomenal and went about and beyond. No pressure to buy anything just understanding and knowledge. I was priced a couple different options and explained what tire had what features and benefits. I ultimately chose to go with their recommended option that also had a rebate going on. I see bad reviews and get leery of trying new places but from my experience the bad reviews are unfounded sometimes. I feel the need to let people know when I’ve received good customer service, let alone the excellent service I received today. The team at Larry’s far exceeded my expectations and prior repair shop experiences and shows that sometimes bad reviews are more of a reflection on the person writing them as it is about the place being reviewed your vehicle will have issues that’s why they have a job to fix said issues. Justin, Mac, and Kentrell you have earned my business and my company’s business for life. Take it from me for what it’s worth and come give these guys a shot and you will see what you have been missing out on.
